Lift Up Your Head

By Stacy Y Whyte

You are beautiful as you are – fearfully and wonderfully made to amaze the masses. You are no longer a victim but a survivor, not a statistic but a unique gift in God’s sight. You are above and not beneath regardless of life looks like now. You are bigger than your issue, because there is a God in heaven that is larger than all you could ever face in this world. Though people may forget about you, you are always on the top of God’s priority list.  You are a masterpiece that is on the earth to make your mark and create a legacy that far surpasses all the social media outlets, the glitz and the glamour.

Life is not just about what you have or what you wear but it’s about impacting lives and bringing forth change and transformation to a community, a city, a nation and even the world. Run the race that is set before with all diligence knowing that God’s got your back. You have a story that only you can tell. Be as wise as a serpent and as humble as a dove – God will bless you immensely without you opening up your mouth to ask; He will release that which you need.

And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. Isaiah 58:11

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10

Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established. The Lord has made everything for its purpose. Proverbs 16:3-4

Prayer: Father open up our eyes that we may see and understand the things that you have set for us to do. Father give us boldness to move beyond past failures and help us to step into the next level that you have prepared for us in Jesus name. AMEN!
